Office Entrance Refurbishment

This project was a £150K refurbishment of a 'live' Aberdeen office block in a busy city centre location.


The project aim was to comprehensively improve the appearance of the external pedestrian and vehicular approach to the building as well as a layout alterations and upgrading of the reception entrance and building management facilities.


The works were delivered to meet the project architect's specification and design drawings with a live building environment.  The works had to be carefully co-ordinated and planned to ensure the building occupants and users could maintain access and functionality at all times.  This was achieved by working closely with the Project Management Team, Building Management and our network of Suppliers.  It ultimately delivered a successful and dramatic improvement to the building.
